I am fat, I train a lot but I like to eat :) I like eating sweets and almost every kind of food on big plates :)). But this is over now because I bumped into the people from Smart Nutrition - the perfect place to get a smart diet. This is no ordinary nutrition clinic where you might get the same advice, about eating 3 colours on a plate or about eating just proteins, leaves or fats to make yourself a beach-body. This is where the real things happen, with only one reason - to have a perfectly wealthy body and life. From this point on, I will have this because of them. I came across Madalina, my nutrition trainer who asked me straight what have I eaten today. Oh, boy! I was a little ashamed because I knew that any answer given was the wrong one for her, as a specialist. But, here I go, I have to be fair with me and my decision to take Smart Nutrition advice for good.
So, breakfast, 2 pieces of grilled cheese with one omlette - two eggs. I was proud of me when I told her that I had no bread. She was not very impressed with this last statement, because she explained that the cheese is not a real problem, the oil that it is fried in is really the problem.
Advice to you: use extra virgin olive oil, because of when at high temperatures it stays safe for our organism.
OK Madalina, noted and to be taken in consideration from now on :)
This is me telling my story with food to one lady that I have never met before, but remember, you have to say the truth otherwise nothing will be good for you. And if you want to be less fat, you have to work for this dream :))
For lunch, I was a little bit more confident when I told her that I had chicken breast with rice, again no bread, but I remembered that little satanic liquid that is bottled in a metal can and it is called PEPSI :)) This is kryptonite for me!!!
For dinner, I said that I will not eat much, because I do not eat much in the evening. This is very curious for everyone, I do not eat in the evening, I do not drink alcohol on regular bases, I do not drink coffee, I do not have snacks between meals and I am still a little chubby around the edges :))
The answer came like a rock towards me, I eat more calories than I burn for 24 hours. It seems logical and makes sense, but read this twice: your body consumes around 2300 kcal/24 hour with no effort ever made during those hours. So, you burn those calories just breathing, walking, basically being alive for 24 hours. Now, this is where I got the punch in the face. I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes, with elevation and guess how many calories I burn: 450-500 calories!!!!! How is that possible?! I run and I get exhausted and just for 450 calories. The answer is YES :)) Just think about it how complex is our body and how easy it is for us to break it.
I was a little discouraged before this meeting with Madalina from Smart Nutrition and now I know for real that I can make that big change in my life not to be ever fat again :))) I am joking, but if I stick to this plan I am 100% sure that I can make it trough and look better than now.
This first encounter was a get to know each other type of meeting. Looking forward to see what is going to happen in the next week. Oh, I forgot I have a diary of what I eat for the next 7 days :)) Should I lie, or should I be faithful to Smart Nutrition?:)) Don`t worry Madalina, I will tell the truth, nothing but the truth so help me Dumnezeu!
