That`s it! I had it with this government. I want them to leave the premises, to leave the country, to go somewhere they deserve...hmm, let me think...JAIL!! Today the ROBOR - Romanian Interbank Offer Rate - went up through the roof!!! Come on dude, how is that possible?!
I will tell you how right now, they want to change the ROBOR criterium with another one, home-made that will be calculated taking into consideration just the interbank transactions. And not the quotation on that day. So far so good, but wait, there is a but, a bit expensive but for all the Romanian people that have a bank loan in RON - the Romanian currency. This is where everything goes so wrong. I believe and I can bet on this: This stupid government will create new criteria to substitute ROBOR and the new one will be at the same level with what is happening right now. So, they will make this ROBOR increase in value a lot, I say around 4% - and the new criteria will be just about 3%. For them, it will be fine, with strong arguments that the new criteria is lower in value than ROBOR, end of the subject. But for us, for those who have loans, this is a big engagement. From a monthly payment of 1100 RON - two years ago - to 1500 RON in present it is a long way. Maybe you will say that is not a big difference, but it is because it is not a loan for a couple of years, it is a loan for another 20 years :) - it is a home that we bought with this loan. And if in the first two years the monthly payment raised with 100 euros..what will happen in 5 years from now on?! This is my big concern and this is why I really need to get rid of this government. Also, today, the European ALDE group is working on banning the Romanian ALDE Group from its family. Guy Verhofstadt said this just a moments ago, that this part of the ALDE is working against Romania. That`s a good thing for them, but for Romania, I guess it is not a good thing because ALDE Romania, banned, will be a thief without someone to control it anymore. So, all I have to do and we have to do as citizens is to hit the streets and march against this joke government that rules over Romania these days. Maybe we should go out and shout and criticise them in front of the government house. I know I will, as I did it before.
There will be the euro elections in the near future, and I hope and pray to GOD that PSD and ALDE to not get one single seat in the Euro Parliament. And of course, I will go to vote!
I got a little bit carried away but I could not help it. I do not want to leave Romania, because I have it all, from a lovely girlfriend to my parents, from a good job to all my friends I hang out with, from a good thirst of travelling inside Romania and abroad. Despite all this, I do not like when I am being treated as a fool, because I am not one and neither the rest of Romanian people!
