Smart Nutrition Clinic Star Log Diet Journal last day - part two!

This is the patient writing. My log-book is almost full. I had to write everything I eat these last 7 days. Damn boy, it does not look good :)
It`s been a while since I went o a barbeque party but guess what?! Friday night I went to a nice visit with good food and on Saturday I had a BBQ party at a neighbours birthday. After that, I realised that I have to write all the shit down into the journal... Sorry Madalina :) It has no point in motivating that I do not do this every weekend....because I really don`t. Bad timing I guess. After all these days I realise one thing, I do not eat a lot but the mix of my food is getting me fatter. Actually, I am not that fat...my bones are just heavier than average :). It`s a fact!
I have my second visit to Smart Nutrition Clinic in Bucharest. I am not nervous because I know that this is only the beginning. Just like the new last season of Game of Thrones. I just had to put this right here :) There are 2 hours left until HBO is playing the first episode from the last season. That`s how I feel, at the beginning of the end of me being chubby :)
Let me get back to the patient star-log...taking in consideration that I filled in everything I have eaten I realise that something is wrong with me...I stopped working out. I used to do Shawn T`s Focus T25 program and it really worked on me.

Now, when I look back at these last 7 days I can say that things did not work out good for me, being very tired from the office and not having the strength to get back home and hop around in front of the TV doing The Ab Intervals workout from Shawn.
It could have been a better way to start the adventure with Smart Nutrition. To appear in front of them a few kgs lighter after only one week. But, NO NO NO. I, as always, am going for the hard way to get fit.
I will write some update tomorrow, after the meeting with Madalina Truica MD.

Spoiler Alert!! Spoiler Alert!! Avengers: End Game!! Thor with a beer belly :))

Yuhuuuu!! I saw it! I saw it! It is incredible! This movie has it all!! Almost everything. You have to see it!! Pay the man and get a ticket for the next show !! I am using a lot of !! but still, it is amazing, with a very good intro, a veeery exciting plot and one hell of an ending!! - ups, another exclamation point :)) From the whole sadness in the world captured at the beginning of the film to some of the best action scenes you saw in the Marvel World, to the Marvel All Star Team . To some subliminal ideas from the feminist side - you will recognize the scene -  and until the end when everything changes in one way you would never imagine. Thanos , ohhhh boy!! Revolut, this one app that can handle your money without taxes? Really?!

I do not want to present Revolut  because it seems that everyone knows about it. In Romania there are over 100.000 users . I heard about it from my friends that are already huge fans. I am happy with my bank that I am working and I think that everything Revolut does, my bank does it better 😊 What is Revolut ? Just google it and you will find a tone of articles. I am just sick and tired of this topic. I just want to get it out of my system 😊 So you download and install the Revolut App and you are done.
